Your digital IDP will be delivered to your email address within minutes of your application being approved. The PDF is print-ready and can be stored on your phone for easy access while traveling.
Physical IDP Shipping
When you order the Print + Digital package, your physical IDP will be shipped to the address you provide. We ship worldwide using trusted courier services.

Order Tracking
Once your physical IDP has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's progress to your destination.
International Shipping Notes

- A signature may be required upon delivery in some locations
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping at no additional cost.
Traveling Soon?
If you need your IDP urgently, remember that your digital IDP is valid immediately upon delivery. You can use the digital version while waiting for your physical copy to arrive. Many car rental companies accept digital IDPs.
