We stand behind the quality of our service. If you're not satisfied with your International Driving Permit for any reason, we'll provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date
- Your application has not yet been processed and shipped (for physical IDP)
- There was an error in the IDP that was our fault
- You did not receive your digital IDP within the promised timeframe
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@internationaldrivingagency.org with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your order number and the email address used for your purchase
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
We will process your request within 2-3 business days and notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- The physical IDP has already been shipped and delivered
- False information was provided in the application
- The IDP was rejected due to issues with your original driver's license validity
- You changed your travel plans (we still provide the valid IDP as ordered)
Replacements
We offer free digital IDP replacements at any time during your permit's validity period. If your digital IDP is lost or damaged, simply contact us and we'll send you a new copy.
For physical IDP replacements, a processing and shipping fee may apply. Contact our support team for assistance.
