Application Process

What documents do I need to apply?

You need a valid driver's license from your home country and a passport-style photograph. You'll upload photos of both during the application process.

How long does the application take?

The entire application process takes about 5 minutes. You'll receive your digital translation via email within minutes of processing.

Do I need to visit an office in person?

No! Our entire process is online. You can apply from anywhere in the world using your computer or smartphone.

What if my application is rejected?

If your application is rejected due to unclear photos or missing information, we'll contact you to resolve the issue. If we cannot process your application, you'll receive a full refund.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is the price a one-time payment?

Yes, the price you pay covers your translation for the validity period you select (1, 2, or 3 years). There are no recurring charges or hidden fees.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us for a full refund.

Using Your Translation

Where is the translation used?

Our translation is used by travelers in over 195 countries worldwide. This includes popular destinations like Spain, France, Italy, Thailand, Japan, Australia, and many more.

Do I still need my original license?

Yes! Our document is a translation of your license, not a replacement. You must always carry both your translation and your original driver's license when driving abroad.

Will car rental companies accept my translation?

Many car rental companies like Hertz, Enterprise, Avis, and others commonly request license translations for international renters.

Can I use the digital copy or do I need the physical card?

Many rental companies now accept digital copies. However, we recommend having the physical card as backup for additional convenience.

What if my translation expires while I'm abroad?

You'll need to apply for a new translation before the expiration date. We recommend applying for a longer validity period (2-3 years) if you travel frequently.
