Our position
We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same of our users. We respond to properly submitted notices of claimed infringement and will remove or disable access to material where a valid notice is received.
Submitting a notice
Send notices to support@internationaldrivingagency.org with the subject line "Copyright Notice". To be actionable, a notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is infringed
- The exact URL or location of the material you say infringes it
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-notice
If material of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including the material removed and its former location, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your consent to jurisdiction in an appropriate court.
Repeat infringers
We terminate service to users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
