Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy applies to everyone who uses this website or orders a translation from us. Breaching it entitles us to refuse or cancel an order, invalidate a document already issued, and where appropriate report the matter to the relevant authorities.

You must not

  • Submit a driving licence that is not yours, or that is expired, suspended, revoked, forged or altered
  • Submit false, altered or another person's identity documents or photographs
  • Order on behalf of someone who has not authorised you to do so
  • Represent our translation as a government-issued document, an International Driving Permit issued by an authorised body, or a driving licence
  • Alter, forge or reproduce a document we prepare for you
  • Use the service to obtain driving rights you do not hold in your home country
  • Use payment credentials you are not authorised to use, or attempt to evade fraud or sanctions screening
  • Scrape, crawl at a rate that degrades the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
  • Copy our site content, structure or documents to operate a competing service

Verification and refusal

Every order is reviewed by a person before a document is prepared. We may ask for additional evidence, and we may decline any order without giving a reason. Where we decline an order that has been paid for and the reason is not fraud, we refund it in full.

Reporting misuse

If you believe someone has used our service fraudulently, or has used your identity or licence without permission, contact support@internationaldrivingagency.org immediately and we will investigate.
