Payment Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Who takes your payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's hosted payment form and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the outcome of the payment and a masked reference to the card.
What you are paying for
You are paying for the preparation of a translation of your existing driver's licence, and where selected, for printing and delivery of a physical copy. You are not paying a government fee, and no part of your payment is remitted to any government or motoring association.
Currency and pricing
- All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD)
- The price shown at checkout is the total we charge — there are no fees added afterwards
- Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which we neither set nor receive
Authorisation and security
Transactions are screened for fraud before an order is accepted, and cards issued in regions requiring strong customer authentication will be asked for a 3-D Secure step-up by your bank. Where a payment is authorised but the order is later declined by our review team, the authorisation is released or refunded in full.
Billing descriptor
The charge appears on your statement under our trading name. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before raising a dispute — we can identify the order and resolve it faster than a chargeback can.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something has gone wrong with your order, email support@internationaldrivingagency.org. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy. Where a chargeback is raised on an order we have already delivered, we may invalidate the issued document pending resolution.
