Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
We want anyone who needs a driver's licence translation to be able to order one without difficulty, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.
Standard we aim for
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is a target we work towards continuously rather than a certification we hold, and we do not claim full conformance across every page.
What we do
- Semantic headings and landmarks so pages can be navigated structurally
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Labels tied to every form field in the application and checkout
- Colour combinations chosen for contrast, with meaning never carried by colour alone
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and at high zoom
Known limitations
Some content is supplied by third parties — most notably the payment form rendered by Stripe — and we do not control its markup. The documents we deliver are PDFs; if you need your translation supplied in an alternative accessible format, contact us and we will provide one at no extra cost.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site prevents you from completing an order, email support@internationaldrivingagency.org describing the page and the difficulty. We aim to respond within five business days, and we will complete your order manually if that is the fastest route.
