What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. We use them to keep the site working, to remember your order while you complete it, and to understand how the site is used.

Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function: maintaining your session through the application form and checkout, load balancing, and security. These cannot be switched off.
  • Payment and fraud prevention. Set by Stripe, our payment processor, to process your payment and to detect fraudulent transactions. See Stripe's own privacy notice for detail.
  • Analytics. Set by PostHog to measure how visitors move through the site so we can find and fix problems in the application flow. This includes session recording on checkout pages, used for troubleshooting failed or abandoned orders.
  • Advertising measurement. Where you arrive from an advertisement, identifiers in the URL may be stored so we can tell which campaigns produce completed orders.

Server-side request logging

Separately from cookies, our servers record technical details of each request — IP address, browser and device characteristics, referring page and the page requested. This log is used for security, fraud prevention and to distinguish automated traffic from real visitors. It does not change what any visitor is shown.

Managing cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the application form and checkout from working. Blocking analytics cookies has no effect on your order.
